Mr. Perez
What happened to the vote counter? Why did you take it off? Are you afraid of the final results? As time goes by the residents who approve the new school are becoming aware of your blog and are coming together to challenge and voice their approval. So put the vote counter back and let ALL the residents vote.

Sayyes,

I'm happy to let all residents present their view. That's what this whole process is about-- public participation. Its not about pitting neighbor against neighbor-- its about recognizing that everyone deserves to have an equal voice in publicly-funded projects.
We simply want the opportunity to be presented with the full plan and provide our input in return. As you're aware, Internet polls are anonymous and easily spammed, so I invite you to make your voice heard legitimately through letters, petitions, meetings, (maybe even your own blog!)

Mr. Perez
I totaly agree with everyone should have the right to voice their opinion on the matter. That's what makes this country great. By the way concerning the vote count, you didn't consider it spam when the vote count was 45 no and 3 yes. When the other residents got wind of your blog they voted. I guess it's spam now.
